7. Click Change button in Virtual Memory frame.
8. Uncheck the option Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.
9. Select your system drive, and select option No Paging File.
10. Click Set button to confirm.

12. Restart the computer in Safe Mode with Networking option by pressing F8 before the actual boot starts.
13. In My Computer, press Alt, and click Tools | Folder Options.
14. Click View tab in the new dialog.
15. Select the option Show hidden files and folders, and uncheck the box Hide Protected Operating System Files.
16. Click Apply | OK.
17. Delete the PageFile.sys from your system drive.
18. Repeat the steps 1 to 7 above.
19. Now, check mark the box named Automatically manage paging file size for all drives and click OK | OK | OK.
Damaged Registry
Registry problems lead to a serious system crash and thereby "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" error occurs in most computers. Thus to fix this problem, you have to repair the damaged registry.

Faulty RAM
